Do you think there is a single climate scientist on the planet who is not completely aware of the natural causes of previous climate cycles. No one,
NO ONE, denies there are natural factors that contribute to climate change. What denialists fail to grasp is that there is a new ADDITIONAL factor now on top of the existing natural factors. The 40billion tons of additional CO2 we release every year is overriding the existing natural factors. We should be entering a cooling phase according to the Milankovitch Cycle but all the extra CO2 is causing temperatures to keep breaking records instead of lowering. Last week Antarctica hit over 20°C for the first time ever recorded. There are many factors that contribute to climate cycles and rising CO2 levels is definitely one of them, it is also the only one we can influence.
i would love to hear what the natural factor is that is causing the temperatures this century to rise much faster than any time in the past 65 million years...
