Countless surveys show when women are added to a board the board performance and therefore the company's performance tends to improve , I imagine same with hiring people from a different ethnicity , one of Eden's market is India , do any board members speak any Indian languages , if not it, would not hurt to have an Indian who speaks the lingo and knows Indian customs do you not think ?
