Unless MT completely f*cks up, the last thing we need is a splinter group like Joe Belching Petersen's or "Xenophobic" Hanson's.
We need an effective Coalition govt more than ever.
The caveat is IF MT can restrain himself from being populist and not interfering in the normal balance of the majority conservative electorates wishes.
If he takes his social agenda too far to the left, he will lose a substantial voting base hard won by TA and JH.
Can you imagine the "divide and conquer" mentality of the "rusted on" Labor and loopy Greens supporters/politicians?

Imo, it's early days and we have no option but to support MT while ever he maintains true Liberal policies.
If he deviates too much. bring back the then double by-pass TA.
