I had a look at the Kongola website you mentioned and it looked like they had total resource of more like 130+mt at 3-4% Cu. A lot. This is along same strike as BVPs tenements, apparently.

I had a brief look at the deal and I think they have to issue a total of 30 million shares at various stages? to the Zambian company.

Anyway interresting developments and probably cheaper than the Pt operation.

Just needs a bit of confirmation with decent drill results that there are some good grades of Cu in their tenements in Zambia and the sp should be off. Hard to imagine they won't find some with pre-existing mines and visible copper oxide lying around on the surface.
