Good to have a construtive post, I can understand your thoughts and system. It is a very interesting strategy and providing you are correct with your valuation model, your system has some merit. However looking at the chart one can see great opportunities to have traded out at higher levels before getting set again. In passing I would mention that I did come across this share when it was north of $1.60, as it seemed to be a bit of a competitor to CSM, which was achieving idol status. I decided not to buy OMH however now it is trading at much sensible levels imo and providing they get their production working OK in the NT and that their Chinese operations continue very well then they could well develop into a good investment. I see that one of the people at Reliance which was takenover by CSM has joined them in a senior capacity at their NT mine, and that has made me think about the share, and hopefully for you it will be a success, however I don't know why he left Reliance. You may have some light to shed on this which would be helpful.
