Definitely momentum building for a breakout. But not necessarily on the chart technicals, just on the forthcoming trial result news. My personal opinion of chart technicals on small cap, low liquidity stocks is that it doesn't work all that often and movement is driven mainly by news announcements, whether expectant or actually released.
