Not sure that "stamina" necessarily leads to profit. If you assess a company's operations as being better than their share price, then "stamina" is appropriate. But if you think the operations are failing - as per AC87's comment above - then "stamina" could damage your bank balance. I got out of STX a while ago, because I thought the process was taking too long and that therefore something could be seriously wrong. No stamina? Only time will tell.
