when they renew contracts do they usually release that as an ann. to ASX ? Are they coming out with a steady stream of new contracts or contract prices ?
With EXL Millenium and Xstrata Rolleston coming on stream how do they negotiate new contracts ? Do us punters have any idea of what is happening ?
The reason why a stock like this is trading at a low PE is that there is no sureity of new contracts or their pricing and the process seems clandestine. With an eps of around 2.5c expected the stock would seem fairly valued unless new contracts are forthcoming! Obviously if the directors are buying this indicates some news is forthcoming ?
