    I'm sorry Gobles. My experience is that the caryards make a good cut on the loan and often are at the very edge of usury. We still don't know the amount. The bank won't lend too much money to an unemployed; but this guy is. The bank won't lend too much money to someone with no assets at all and so yes, there is a limit as to how much he could borrow. There is also the other method. If he is of good character and has some friends and the sum is not too big, then perhaps those friends could help. I've no problems lending money, interest free to friends I trust. It's pointless for it to be sitting idle in a bank, or making next to nothing in interest which you then pay tax on, or losing every cent on the stock market. Do something useful with it, I say!
