If I were wm... (now this is hypothetical and in no way meant to tell him how to suck eggs), I would be focused on selling some of my assets and buying say $20m of cdu after Aug 2010 when the sp was $2 (if he though cdu had a greater potential than his other assets), instead of giving them away at $2. He would have picked them up higher than $2 on the market, but Iam sure it would be a bargain compared with what Rockands is worth!

Rather than buying just 30k here and there!
