Dale Rodgers removed the founding director of this company in May 2016 and installed himself as executive chairman. Since then the company has gone into commercial production but the share price has dropped to 1.1 cents.
In May 2015 he did the same thing with Phoenix Gold where the founding director, Jon Price was removed and Dale Rodgers became the executive chairman. Both founding directors, Dennis Clark and Jon Price took phone calls and answered emails.....very approachable
Going by his previous actions I am sure that if Dale Rodgers were an ordinary shareholder and not the executive chairman then he would not tolerate a performance as we have seen this year. He must therefore agree that if he does not turn the share price around quickly and start updating the market regularly then by his own standards he MUST GO.
