These whoosers need to get out of the share market if they are going to sue a company everytime they change their projections.
Right now we can point the finger at at least 50 companies that have drastically altered their guidance in the last few months
WAKE UP PEOPLE ... the world has been in turmoil!! What you have one day has drastically changed the next. Look at OZL ... cashed up with $1billion one minute .. broke the next.
This is the share market ... accept it or get out!
