Those 2 examples are spectacularly useless as insights into whether a particular stock will fly.

NOR faces crises from multiple directions:

1) cashflow - raising more cash does not get easy when the stock is below its shell price - 12 months after listing / and having spent a great deal

2) the telco space is littered with grand plans and dead ducks

3) NOR is fighting multiple tech battles - can it navigate a path while trying to pull off several different products and services

4) market sentiment has turned negative on NOR - without belief / confidence its hard to function as a spec
