If that is the case that the four biggest airlines, including Delta, are being informed in writing of status by Boeing, the Aug 1 update should have a positive tone.
The Boeing Structures Technical Design Review is due to take place on Aug 1 & from there it will, hopefully, all be positive.
Ross might delay the quarterly report a few hours to include the results of the review if he is to be immediately advised of the result.
