Confirmation that SP3 is right regarding TINCOM to fund the whole feasibility study.

TL shall be responsible for contributing all required
capital in exchange for exclusive rights to sell the Coldry pellets to its client base, mostly in
southern China. TL has also committed to fund all required financial feasibility studies and to
include ECTs construction and operation partners (ARUP, McConnell Dowell and Transfield
Services) in the project.

I'm seeing parallels here to FMG, not share price but similar early days developments, i.e., $20million secured to fund feasibility and then their chinese partner to build the infrastructure for the project reducing FMG's capital input to 10%... the mind boggles.
