Yes you can convert anytime, I would think most people holding ATM would be hoping to see it well over 2cents in coming months,Therefore as long as it stays above 2cents i should be right.
But you can convert anytime and even if it did drop i will still most likely convert them as i think this has a good way to play out yet...Worth Holding.
I could afford to get more than i would have been able to as the 1.5cents conversion does not need to be payed until End of December.
