Who ever it is who's doing the buying, it is a very different strategy than we become used to in RMG. The trades are 500k > 1m bites at a time. In the past the buys have been much smaller & in dribs & drabs. This is consistently solid parcel buying & I suspect too much of a coincidence in buying pattern to be several different parties.
