KL, I don't think it is the shares itself, it is the backers, like their brokers and the big investors which will move the share price. The share price is worth as much as the buyers are willing to pay for them. TSO's results are way above both SPX and RXL in the Penny West areas, however the later 2 have already been rerated and RXL will further be rerate upwards. Ours because of the share placement has come back 30% from 8.4c. Our backers and management have to do something to rectify all these. Certainly as I looked from my angle, we are way under rated and undervalued.
