It was sold down and then offered to sophisticated investors and institutions at a 15% discount to the last 5 days average transactions price as an incentive to come on board. Its my understanding of events and may not be the actual situation. It is as Bellavena85 said, others have advance 20%, we have fallen behind 25%. We really need catching up, not only because of this, the resources we have, should be many times to reflect on what we have.
