no, (assuming that the share price is, to any significant extent, affected by hotcopper - which i doubt that it is) it does not work in their favour.
they are super positive because they have become long term holders, and their investment is collapsing
generally speaking, that should be quite obvious

imo, the shareprice essentially has nothing to do with what retail investors are doing, but rather with how and why the weather-manipulating 'sky gods' have made any potential camp fire site into a urinal
