That misses the point.
It's no good saying that humankind is incapable of ruling itself if the proposed Creator created them that way....the fault then firmly lies with the Creator, not the Created.
The created are blameless because they are precisely what they were created to be. Their thoughts and actions being reflections of their nature...the very nature you say was designed and created by the God of the Bible.
