If humankind cannot 'rule themselves, then the God of the bible (as the hypothetical Perfect Creator) is not capable of creating a perfect world and a perfect humankind...not capable of creating people who are quite able to 'rule themselves'

DBT9, can we also assume because man cannot fly, God could not create them capable of flying? Of course not! He designed plenty of other creatures that can.
Man was created perfect for their assigned purpose. They have chosen however to make a grab for the role that belongs only to God.
(Revelation 4:11) “You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”
