The projections of Morgan Stanley and associated consultants on lithium demand reminds me of the total inability of many of these so-called experts to understand market disruption.
Take the example of McKinsey & Co that in 1985 was hired by AT&T to project the adoption of mobile phones. McKinsey projected a market of 900,000 by 2000 when in fact the market hit 109 million!
A small 120x error!!!
