If they had any visual verification, as you say, they are legally obligated to inform the market immediately.
IMO, its to the contrary.
I'd say the presentation was to remind people they have stage 2 drilling to come at Copper Royals. Considering they have only just completed IP surveys there it may be some time before drilling commences.
Noticed they did not mention anything about discussions on the Roxby tenements in the presentation. Pre Cap raise it was mentioned in every announcement. Perhaps that card will be played again for the next cap raise.
