One piece of information that's worth a look. Austrade put out a document on critical metals and highlighted 50 or 60 different projects of different minerals.
EQR has the highest IRR of ALL THE PROJECTS at time of printing which was 397%. It now has increased to 477%.
At the end of the day, we are investing to make money and get a good return. The project with the highest IRR has to gain the market's attention at some stage and when it does. It will go bang.
