Thanks for answering both of those questions! Just trying to work out some other items that might flow into a comparison. I would've assumed EQR's net sale price at the point of delivering product would be slightly higher as we don't have significant distance to a port and it looks like that may be a reasonable assumption.
Those XRT sorters are a huge blessing for EQR, once again very happy that's the direction we were able to go.
