    As @plonka and @scottm points out it is a very large project with a " world class deposit". Which is not in china.

    Stage 1 production is projected to be bigger than EQR's. And is forecast to expand to process up to 5 millions tonnes per year. They are also looking to be a truly vertical integrated supplier with there own downstream processing plant.

    So it sure looks like the posters implying that EQR ramp up at any cost to be the only tungsten supplier to fill the "critical and urgent need for supply of tungsten" Have just been making it up!

    But wait there more. You also have Almonty's Sangdong Mine, which has the largest reserves and highest grades coming on line in a few months with production from stage 1 already allocated to the the US. They are also committed to being a truly vertical integrated supplier with there own downstream Tungsten Oxide Plant.

    Almonty is also increasing production with here entry into Level 4 of their Panasqueira Mine.
