The Chinese tightening export control looks to be the real deal. The industry is getting a little excited that the tungsten price might get a lift. Oliver Friesen from Guardian Metals (US tungsten deposit thats 3 years from production) just said on twitter.
The news we have all been waiting for. Christmas came early this year for #gmet #gmtlf @GuardianMetRes with #tungsten export restrictions from landing December 1st.This changes everything in the tungsten space.
For EQR, this should also be great news especially as we are the only 2 mine global producer with capacity to ramp up in the near term. Oh, and we have been meeting with the major western governments, so they are fully aware of who we are.
