It starting to become a trend with EQR having a run up with good news to around $0.06 and then with little volume on the buy side, someone keeps dropping it down each day with little trades back to the low 5's and we have to start again next time some good news comes out. Very frustrating. Volume needs to build on the buy side to get some momentum. The company couldnt be in a better position and way infront of its competition yet only half the market cap of one that is years behind us. We have good cash flow already and a by-product generating income as well.
