agree with your post.
Other things that have improved from BFS
1. AUD is lower than 73c.
2. Interest was assumed to be $2m pa. It's closer to $600k pa.
3. quarry assumed only $1m a year. Likely to be 2 to 5 times.
4. Not a big earner, but the fine waste is being sold as a replacement for sand. Plenty of demand & meets ESG investor requirements.
They have a use for all the waste!!
