I broadly agree, but I don't think there will be a rights issue. If it is underwritten by a broker and you have 200M new shares entering the market, Log Creek will have much less control.

I don't think that MF would like to see much more liquidity in the stock.

My guess is that there will be a new substantial holder come into the stock - the company would not allow the stock to be sold down to these levels to give a cheap entry to just anyone.

Agree however that once they have cash in the bank and move past the placement there will be an opportunity to double your money within a couple of months with SBN, even if they don't announce any of the large pieces that are in play.

If they announce significant China news (my main interest point) you could be off to Hayman some time over the next 12 months...
