    Hi Tim,

    I am almost certain that their will be a rights issue at 1.5c and MF will contribute pro rata to keep his 15% interest.

    The current market depth also points to this and some of the top holders have already sold down to allow for their issue.

    Should know soon, board meeting yesterday.
