Been looking at this for a while now, I think the key is "what next" for the company.

Resource found but the team now needs to move from finding to developing. I think there might be a slight re-alignment in senior management to allow this to happen, ie the move from a geologist base to getting some finance and engineering weighting better positioned and then this will fly. The board is just too heavily skewed in talent to geology with no balance there to provide robust argument and direction.

Remember, the geologists are great to tell us all what happened millions of years ago......but the engineers and finance specialists will tell us what we are going to do tomorrow.

We now know thanks to some good work what happened before and where the gold is.....now we need to get the correct people here to organise getting it all out....
