    At today's 23c close, market cap = $53m

    Take off the cash and value of RUM shares = $19m

    Conservatively assign zero value to Lake Lefroy and Lake Maitland JV, and we're left with a value for the CMGP = $34m

    $17 E/V oz, with 614k of those oz reserves

    A sitting duck if you ask me
