    My theory which I posted a month ago (15th of April) was that the cap raising prospectus read like a "what we have to do to be bought out" document. Interestingly one of TIS's competitors (makers of Dermagraft) just got bought out literally hours before it was due to go public. The following articles give some information about Dermagraft and the takeover of its parent company Advanced BioHealing.
