Spot on guys. There is no need for a consolidation, yet. The shares are tightly held and with the SP at these levels it would be an unnecessary costly exercise that serves no purpose. They are no longer a "zombie" company, they have cash in the bank, no debt and a nice cash flow and genuine investors would make their decisions based on those facts. Very much looking forward to the next QR to see how well they are actually going before I change my sentiment.
Meanwhile, I don't think management's interest would be in satisfying the supposed concerns of opportunistic punters who are put off by the I.C.
