Also, if it was in fact CEM and was posted online under his twitter handle (which he undoubtedly did post something offensive that breached unauthorised nudity standards on Twitter - according to a screenshot Extremeland had posted showing Bendy's twitter account had been suspended), then Twitter in fact has a positive obligation to report it to the police and had there in fact been CEM, then Bendy would have been prosecuted for producing it.
