Don't disagree with the calculations or evidence. The issue, in my opinion, is around the ability to deliver on 50% uptake in 10 months (allowing for a significant lull in onboarding activations for 3 weeks in Dec /Jan and a week in April due to Easter and ANZAC being so close together in 2025. Yes business will not stop during this period but momentum will - that is just a fact. Very few if any will be cutting over between say December 20 and Jan 10 and in turn April 15 to 27.
I do understand that things appear to finally be in place, but lets face it SPX has not hit a successful timeline in 4 years. CC SOE, late, DSD rebaselined and still late, eBev - late no updates, Agrichain - and that's just the last 12 months or so.
