But how do you feel about having each on of your "1,000,000" shares earning 15.8 cents now. And then having this trimmed down to 15.3 cents per share of your newly reduced 172,000?

Like I said before, if the board wants to cut my shares from 1 mill to 172k then they better raised the per share distribution by 5.8 times.

Why should my income go from 150k per year to 27k per year?

I'm quite happy for the share price to be .44c. I want the distributions and the more shares I have the better.
