i suppose the secret with something like tzl is buy a parcel with money you can sit on for a while without getting margin called etc and then give it five years.
think about it, with tzl we are in on the ground floor - virtual seed capital stage and if you cost base is less than $4, then its the same as venture / private capital - pretty exciting and an exclusive offer.
