    Why is a company that is a market leader (#2) ,network owner and probably future proof market cap $380 Mill , when a simple reseller that has no network , growth only by aquisition and open to any forces the cariers may want to exert MTU capped at $460m ,

    Is IIN cheap or MTU overvalued ?

    Still when does logic apply in this sector.
