Just as a courtesy notice to all posters in HotCopper-----is everyone aware that even though we are "anonymous" posters----our identity can be obtained legally and can be used in defamation cases---if it applies.This is probably one of the reasons so many posts get Removed.
Why would anyone want ASIC to act against any company,if the only result could be "The End" at this time of the financial year-----I could understand someone wanting a RUSH in maybe May or June ,in order to possibly obtain a tax loss for that financial year---but---October ? Where is the common sense?
