1 million at 4c is only $40K and 9000 @ 4.2c is $378!
I think you guys are trying to read too much into this petty trading. Call them market makers, manipulators or whatever you like, there is simply not enough money and liquidity in APG to make any decent money trading short term.
If you buy 2M and clear the table to 5c, a few punters may jump in and take it to 5.5c. But when you try to dump your 2M, there is no depth to absorb it. Either you end up winning or losing a few hundred bucks or being a long term holder.
The way I see it, put your buy order in and let the kids play. Don't forget the 4th quarter is only a couple of weeks away.
