SP500 blew through a few resistance levels last night in the US. It would be healthy for it to slip back a little tonight and then resume again the following night. Assuming the market enthusiasm continues.
XJO is lagging the US as it has all year.
The force is strong with 18c right now. I think it will take a few more strong days to convince people to push it further. Otherwise 14.5c is the downside target. It is anway but I think the SP500 will get to 1220-40ish first before the next leg down- for it and PRR.
One thing for us to watch is the Merkel/ Sarkozy promise of a 'grand plan' to be unveiled at that meeting coming up. I think the market might treat that like an oil spud date- buy the rumour, sell the fact.
