When you get back to the basics of the role of zinc, and the medium term demand of zinc especially when you think about even what goes into just one 50 storey building, and how many of those buildings are still being planned around the world, it all looks good.
It is now a race for AIM to get up and running to lock in being a supplier of this zinc before to many other's join the race.
AIM was ahead of the race when their BFS was released, and since then price of zince has moved up plenty, which has encouraged more money being sunk into zinc exploration by companies around the world. Whether this transpires into a oversupply of zinc to bring the price down in the medium term, is a matter of debate.
You could be right and MF has played this well, but I will only feel more comfortable if this month the offtakes are locked in. According to the latest buying spree this maybe the case.
