report. I'm very glad you volunteered to make the call, it would have taken me weeks to type that many words. Being a picture person typing is one of my lesser skills.
Hold ups in getting the production problems sorted I can live with, patience is definitely a virtue in this game. The upsides you outline far out weigh the downsides you mention. I use the word upsides, as in plural, deliberately as they are positioning themselves in so many huge markets with two potentially massive products.
