AOI seems to be the cat amongst the pigions. If Africa Oil is controlled by the Lundin family, they have no percieved benefit from selling the potential short. Range is the easier entry point into the project due to potential liquity. Exercised options will provide extra liquidity as the price runs. This should be quickly swallowed up by the big institutions wanting a stake. With so many big players on board perhaps the move will be made through on market accumulation during the next big pump? (lots of liquidity) I'm sure the controlling entity has already got a sizable stake hidden in Consort and or nominee accounts.
