The benchmarks achieved along the way haven't been recognized because unless AOI commences drilling for oil it all amounts to diddly squat. It is Africa we are dealing with here!

Let's see if we get a re-rating at the commencement of drilling, and let's see if the re-rating continues with the flow of oil. By then though, it might be a little late to accumulate a position. But you would already know that.

With RRS, it has always been HIGH RISK/HIGH REWARD, and the commencement of drilling at least signifies that the political risk has been is removed. Then you only have geological risk to worry about.
