    For the SMY experts:

    What was the reason behind Lanfranchi mine that SMY bought being put on care and maintenace by its former owners? On the surface, if it was such a good deal it would seem that the former owners would extract the last 30 000 tonnes, not put it on care and maintenace before it was all finnished. I am sure there was a reason.

    Secondly - only skimmed today's announcement where it talked about bank financing. Is there a likelihood that there will be a capitall raising to pay for the purchase?
