How can you sack a staff if clear direction hasn’t been set by leadership? This is the crux of my point. If the current leadership team have a head office in chaos without leadership, it’s time to change things up. Getting a new CEO is step 1. Tick. New BOD members who are trusted by shareholders would be step 2 imho. This is not currently the case, so looking to tick that box next.
